Eligibility:

To apply for our PCO Car Hire plan, we’ll review your driver profile to make sure you meet our eligibility requirements. This includes factors such as your age, driving experience, number of trips completed, penalty points and any at-fault accidents.

​Your eligibility may also vary depending on the vehicle you choose, with different requirements for standard and premium models.

All applicants must also meet the following requirements:

• Driving history: You must not have any serious driving convictions. Your driving record will be reviewed during the application process.

• PHV Licence: You must hold a valid TfL Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) licence and be registered with at least one licensed private hire operator in London.
